By using flexxx.lol you agree to these terms.

The service

flexxx.lol sells placement on a public leaderboard. A "boost" is a one-time payment that permanently adds its amount to the total shown next to a handle. Boosts confer no ownership, no rights over the handle, and no guarantee of any rank for any duration.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card details. All payments are final and non-refundable, including if the handle you boosted is later outranked, edited, or removed for breaking the rules.

Content

You are responsible for the handle and description you submit. We may edit or remove listings that violate our Rules, applicable law, or third-party rights, without notice or refund. flexxx.lol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
